| Backorder Alert Some Mirabilia charts are going on backorder; rumor is that Mirabilia has been having some printing problems causing some charts to become scarce. I am sure they will sort it out and get caught up soon. If you need a Mirabilia item immediately, I suggest asking us about the stock status. Of course we will fill all orders and backorders as soon as we can. We are also waiting on some shipments from Candamar and DesignWorks – all other items are in good shape. | New Items There is a new Lavender & Lace design out for those of you who haven’t seen it yet – it is called “Isabella’s Garden” and it is absolutely adorable. We have also added several new Christmas designs from Heaven & Earth Designs, and a new Teresa Wentzler sampler is on its way so watch for that! |
| New Gallery and Chat Page Check out our new Gallery! We would love to have you upload some pictures of your favorite finished projects and show them off! Also, we have put up a message board/chat page where you can post your questions about stitching – or put out an all-call for a pattern you can’t find anywhere! |
Stitch with Rachel Well, I am still working on the Wild Thing Baby quilt. My friend’s little girl will get it for her 1st birthday, hopefully! I have taken a break from it to work on a wedding sampler for my very best friend…halfway through that one, and now my sister is engaged too. Too much to stitch, too little time! And, of course, the Last Supper and Celtic Spring are still works in progress… |

| Oct. 8 | New Items - Help Us Choose! 12,000 charts! |
We have several new items from the Dimensions Fall 2007 collection, and will be adding many more items from JCA, Mystic Stitch, Kustom Krafts, and others over the next few weeks. We are always looking for suggestions on what to carry! If you have some spare time, please feel free to visit Hoffman Distributing and look around at their thousands of patterns, pick out some favorites and let us know. Of course we will not be able to add all suggestions to our stock, but we will certainly try for most of them. |
| September 4 | Wichelt Imports |
We thought it important to let you know that Wichelt Imports has sustained damage in the flooding that has occurred in Minnesota and Wisconsin within the past few weeks. They are working very hard to get cleaned up and running again, but for the next few weeks, there may be some supply shortages. Our stock is pretty good right now, but there may be some miscellaneous things that end up backordered. We ask that you please be patient with those backorders, as we wait for Wichelt to be functional again, and as we attempt to give them some space so they can focus on cleaning up. Unfortunately, there is not much any of us can do about 17 inches of rain in 24 hours. If you have any questions, please let us know. |

We have finally finished. I hope you like our new Shopping Cart. Please, send us your comments! Whenever there is a big change like this, errors are possible. Please let me know if you run across any links or pages that are not working, pictures that do not show, if something is not adding up correctly, if you can't find something, or if you have any other questions. |
| May 16 | Shipping Rates |
I am sorry to say that, due to the changes in the U.S. Postal rates, our shipping costs have gone up significantly. We will unfortunately have to raise all of the shipping rates by $1.00 starting on Monday, May 21. The old domestic shipping rates ranged from $3.50 - $9.50, the new rates will range from $4.50 to $10.50. The old shipping rates will be honored for all orders placed on or before Sunday, May 20. |

Just to drop a note: the Better
Homes and Gardens Heirloom Christmas Stocking books are in short
supply. We have quite a number on backorder; we get them from Wichelt
Imports and they are backordered there as well. They have reassured
us that we are on the top of their list! We will, of course, send
them out to you as soon as we are able to get them in. At this point, we
don't know when that will be. |

| Dec. 26 | Happy Holidays! and Site Redesign |
We hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season.
The past year has been exciting
for us, and the next year will likely be as well. Based on comments
from customers, we are considering redesigning our site to possibly
incorporate a built-in shopping cart, to make it easier for you all to order.
This will be a time-consuming process, but it should not affect this site
at all. If you have any suggestions or comments, now is the time to let us
know! |

Return |
We have returned! We had a
splendid wedding and honeymoon and are now diving in, catching up with
all of you. Please be patient with us, as we did return to over
300 emails! We will certainly respond to them...just not
all in one evening. Many of you are waiting on Dimensions kits
which should arrive this week. We will be shipping things out the
door as fast as we can. |

Wedding |
I am getting married on
Saturday. We will not be answering telephone or email until
Monday, Oct. 9. You may still order, leave us messages, and send
us emails and we will get back to you as soon as we can the week of
Oct. 9. We will be shipping as many orders as possible yet today
and tomorrow morning. There are some orders which involve
out-of-stock items which we will not be able to fill before Oct.
9. We will send what we can. We thank you all for bearing with us during this
hectic time in our lives! |
