 Orders are not automatically returnable unless we have made an error.

Some things are never returnable, (sadly) due to copyright concerns. These include:
  • Patterns, unless the pattern contains a seal that has not been broken
  • Manufactured kits (eg Lanarte, Dimensions), unless the seal has not been broken
Orders are not returnable after 30 days (from ship date) for domestic orders; 60 days for international orders.

If any of the information on this form is falsified, or we receive the merchandise in a condition other than that which is indicated on this form, the Return number will be voided and the merchandise will NOT be returnable.
