Why is the Voicemail Full?

If you have called recently, you may have gotten a message that our voicemail is full. We are really sorry about this and thought we would let you all know what is going on!
Well, it's a short story (and I apologize, because this is going to be a bit of a rant):

The man who used to have our telephone number here in Jordan, MN must have had some problems, because we keep getting automated collections calls for someone that we have never heard of. Or maybe they just have the wrong number. We have tried to tell them to stop calling us, because we have no idea who this person is that they are looking for, but we can never seem to get a hold of any actual live person to talk to. And they keep jamming up our voicemail!!!! Overnight, while we're at lunch, while we're at the Post office, always, they are plugging our voicemail. And wasting our time answering automated calls looking for someone we don't know. When we call the 866-904-1002 number in the message they put us on hold for ages. We can't even figure out for sure what company it is that is calling us. We're working on it. Some Glorious Day we will finally get a person and get them to stop calling us. I am starting to think that whatever place this is doesn't even employ any people.

In the mean time, we apologize for our voicemail being full sometimes. We're doing our best to keep it cleaned out. If it is full, can you please drop us a note and let us know so we can clean it out?
And if anyone knows who or what owns the phone number 866-904-1002, or how to get them to stop plugging up our voicemail with automated messages for some poor guy we don't even know, please let me know. I have "googled" the number but all that comes back in results is other people complaining about whoever owns this number!

And if YOU own this number 866-904-1002, you are annoying us and inconveniencing our customers, and we are very frustrated with you!
